We are confident that you will be satisfied with our products and services. However, please note that all purchases of TripleDart's professional services (TDD Organic Growth) are final. Once a purchase has been completed, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

We encourage customers to review all product and service details carefully before making a purchase.

Slate Platform Subscriptions

Slate is offered on a subscription basis (monthly or annual billing, as selected at checkout).

• Billing. Subscription fees are billed in advance for the selected billing cycle (monthly or annual) and are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun, except where required by applicable law.
• Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access to Slate through that period. No prorated refund is issued for the unused portion of a cancelled cycle.
• Annual plans. For annual subscriptions cancelled after the initial 30 days, no refund is issued for the remaining term; downgrading to monthly billing takes effect at the next renewal.
• Trial periods. If a free trial is offered, no charge applies until the trial ends; cancel before the trial ends to avoid being billed.
• Failed payments. We may suspend access to Slate if payment is not successfully processed after reasonable notice.
