This webinar is best for

Adam Holmgren grew Fibbler to nearly $1M in ARR using LinkedIn Ads with no sales team, while building the attribution product to validate the underlying system.

In this session, he shares the account behind this story: the split between cold and retargeting, his bids, the creatives, and the reports he uses to tie LinkedIn to the pipeline.

You'll leave with a campaign structure you can rebuild, along with Adam’s own setup. If you run LinkedIn Ads, don’t miss this session.

Meet Your Speaker

Adam launched Fibbler in May 2024.

It connects LinkedIn and Google ad data to CRM pipeline so you can see which ads influence revenue. Fibbler reached 50 paying customers in its first 60 days with no outbound and no sales team, and has grown toward $1M ARR since. When LinkedIn opened its Company Intelligence API in September 2025, Fibbler was one of the handful of partners it launched with.

Adam also runs Driving Demand, a community and podcast for European B2B marketers, and posts his ad tests to 34,000 followers on LinkedIn most weeks.

Why Attend

LinkedIn keeps getting more expensive, while last-click keeps underselling it, so the metric that proves the channel worked is the hardest to produce today. That gap is what Adam built Fibbler to close.

He treats cold and retargeting as two different jobs:

  • Cold buys familiarity against accounts that won't be in-market for months
  • Retargeting stays in the feed of people who already know you and carries the pipeline number

He reads a click as an intent signal well short of a conversion and never optimizes the cold layer toward form fills.

For measurement, Adam leans on LinkedIn's 2025 releases and pairs them with self-reported attribution.

What You'll Walk Away With

1. The two-layer account structure, with budget split and bids

How Adam separates cold and retargeting into distinct campaigns, the share of budget each gets, the objectives and bid strategies he runs, and why the cold layer is never pushed toward form fills.

2. Attribution that holds up in a budget review

The reporting stack Adam uses to show LinkedIn's contribution: the Revenue Attribution Report and Conversions API for CRM and offline conversions, the Company Intelligence API for account-level engagement, and self-reported attribution as the tiebreaker.

3. Thought Leader Ads: creative selection and spend

Adam took Fibbler from 15 to 50 signups a week by putting budget behind organic posts. He'll cover how he chooses which posts to promote, how personal-profile ads compare to company-page creative, and how he keeps the format from burning out its audience.

4. Retargeting built for branded search

How Adam constructs and segments retargeting pools, the frequency at which he holds them, and why he grades this layer on branded search and pipeline instead of raw click-through.

5. Turning ad engagement into an outbound signal

How Adam de-anonymizes engagers with enrichment tools like Clay, the click thresholds he sets to flag an account as warm, and how that hands sales a reason to reach out while the intent is fresh.

6. Demand-creation budget thinking

Where Adam puts money when only about 5% of the market is in play: how he balances spend between the 95% who aren't ready and the 5% who are, and what he stopped funding to make room.
