  • Blogs: We started by planning an editorial calendar with eight blog posts per month. After analyzing what was working for competitors, we structured the content into two main categories:

  • Templates: When our research revealed high search volume for template-related keywords, we worked with Docupilot to integrate templates into their platform and created tutorial-driven template pages.
  • Comparison Pages: We also created comparison pages that positioned Docupilot against competitors like PandaDoc and DocuSign, helping potential customers understand why Docupilot might be the better choice.

SEO Strategy

  • Content Optimization: We optimized all blog content with appropriate meta tags and headers, then refined them every two months based on performance data.
